The sealing of the vulcanizer requires better sealing performance to prevent gas leakage. The sealing parts of the vulcanizing machine have low friction resistance, small wear, long service life, simple use and maintenance, easy replacement, low cost and easy manufacturing.
(1) Polyurethane rubber: It is a new type of rubber material widely used in various hydraulic cylinders at present, and has been widely used.
(2) Oil-resistant rubber and cloth rubber: Nitrile rubber is the most used and has good elasticity. Vulcanizers usually use cloth rubber in hydraulic presses.
(3) Polyvinyl chloride (plastic): has a certain strength, oil resistance, low friction, but poor elasticity.
